Our return policy is simple – we only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds.
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’re in Canada,we offer free return shipping!
Unfortunately, at this time, we can’t afford to cover international return labels.
All items purchased on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned.
To return an item, please visit our return portal here. Once we receive your package, we will issue store credit that can be used on any item on our site and can be applied at checkout.
If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout and need to file a claim related to lost, stolen or damaged packages please visit here. Route packages are not eligible for return or refund and will not be included in your store credit on returned items.
