Uncle Studios is a lifestyle brand inspired by the contemporary human and their multifaceted lifestyles. We’re hiring a part-time Sales Associate to bring our brand to life through the in-store experience.

The Role

You’ll work in our Ossington store, helping customers find their fit and building lasting relationships with our community. You’re confident on the sales floor, comfortable in front of a camera and able to move seamlessly between styling customers, making coffee, supporting the photobooth and managing online orders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build lasting customer relationships
• Help customers with styling, fit and product questions
• Pack and manage online orders, keeping inventory organized
• Prepare and serve café drinks
• Support customers using the photobooth
• Participate in social media content featuring our team, product and store
• Multitask across the sales floor, café, photobooth and online orders
• Keep the store organized, welcoming and running smoothly

You Are

• Experienced in retail sales, with 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experienced as a barista
• Comfortable participating in social media and being in front of the camera
• A strong communicator with excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Proactive, personable and focused on the customer experience
• Passionate about the inner workings of a small fashion business
• Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends

This is a part-time, in-person role. Pay $18.75/hr.
